Cancellation Policy

Ensuring consistent attendance is crucial for our classes. 

Often, we have people on the waitlist who would have loved to attend. Additionally, having all participants present in classes with low sign-ups is essential to maintain a viable class size.  

• Each time a participant is marked as a no-show they will receive a class cancellation email confirming the no show.  Class refunds are not given for no-shows.
• For any client no show you will be charged  a no show fee equal to the price of the class.  The no-show fee will be charged either by charging the card on file or or an invoice will be sent.
• Any no-show fees must be paid within 7 days or your class access may be suspended.

We would prefer to keep our classes for adults and older children (13+). If you have a child younger than that, please reach out and ask as some classes may be able to be taken by children younger than 13.  

• Please do not leave your child in the lobby while you attend class. We don't have the ability to provide a safe place for children to wait during class.
• For all in studio classes anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Those 16 years  of age or older can have a parent or guardian give written permission to allow a minor to attend class. Contact Alihuntoon@AlliedGroupFitness.com if you are seeking written permission.
