Class tips/ reminders:

  • CLASS PRICE STRUCTURE: Studio - $10/class | Online - $5/class | PURCHASE A CLASS PASS TO SAVE!


  • All class sign-ups & cancellations must be done within 60 minutes of class start time.
  • Group classes with enrollment of 2 participants or less may be cancelled by the instructor within 60 minutes of class time.
  • Bring Your Own Mat! Yoga mats are used in Strength & Yoga classes!
  • Your instructor will arrive 15 minutes before class time - so you arrive at the studio up to 15 minutes early, especially if you need to change, etc!
  • No outdoor shoes may be worn inside the studio on the gym floor - remember to bring a clean, dry pair of shoes for class to change into!
  • Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled through the Acuity scheduling website/app or by clicking the link in your class sign-up e-mail confirmation.
  • Our cycling bikes can accommodate both regular athletic shoes and cycling shoes with SPD clips.
  • Things you may want to bring with you to the studio: a water bottle (we have a refillable station!) and a sweat towel.

Classes we offer:

dumbbell strength

Get ready to work out with dumbbells and kettlebells! You will feel strong and energized after this 45-minute dumbbell workout targeting your entire body. We have weights in-studio ranging from 2lbs to 40lbs - all levels welcome!

Core + restore

 This uniquely blended yoga practice includes plenty of breath-integrated Forrest Yoga abdominals and Yoga Tune Up® core exercises, but don't worry, this ain't just 45m of crunches! This is a holistic whole-core approach, so we'll work on strength as well as stretching and self-myofascial massage (using the YTU Coregeous® ball and other therapy balls) to restore balance in these regions, which can have a positive ripple effect through your whole body and nervous system! 

full circuit

Full Circuit is our version of a full body HIIT class. Work through several different circuits each involving upper body and lower body strength training, cardio and mobility movements.

pound

The class with the bright green drumsticks! Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to rockstars of all ages and abilities.

spin cycle

This class is a great cardiovascular workout on a Spin bike! Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises.

total body strength

This class is designed to increase physical strength using compound exercises with dumbbells and body weight to target all major muscle groups! 

werq

WERQ is a wildly addictive cardio dance class based on popular pop and hip hop music. The workout consist of non-stop, repetitive dance moves, designed to get people sweating!

yoga flow

Flow yoga is the general term given to any style of yoga asana in which the practitioner moves dynamically from one posture immediately into another, following the breath. This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging practitioners to let go of thought and focus on experience of the present moment. 

zumba

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. All levels welcome!
