Class tips/ reminders:

  • CLASS PRICE STRUCTURE: Studio - $10/class | Online - $5/class | PURCHASE A CLASS PASS TO SAVE!


  • All class sign-ups & cancellations must be done within 2 hours of class start time.
  • Group classes with enrollment of 2 participants or less may be cancelled by the instructor within 2 hours of class time.
  • Bring Your Own Mat! Yoga mats are used in Strength & Yoga classes!
  • Your instructor will arrive 15 minutes before class time - so you arrive at the studio up to 15 minutes early, especially if you need to change, etc!
  • No outdoor shoes may be worn inside the studio on the gym floor - remember to bring a clean, dry pair of shoes for class to change into!
  • Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled through the Acuity scheduling website/app or by clicking the link in your class sign-up e-mail confirmation.
  • Our cycling bikes can accommodate both regular athletic shoes and cycling shoes with SPD clips.
  • Things you may want to bring with you to the studio: a water bottle (we have a refillable station!) and a sweat towel.

Classes we offer:

Bike & Barre

This 45 minute class is divided in half to give you a burst of cardio and finishes off with a low-impact, full-body workout that combines elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and strength training

Dumbbell Strength

Get ready to work out with dumbbells and kettlebells! You will feel strong and energized after this 45-minute dumbbell workout targeting your entire body. We have weights in-studio ranging from 2lbs to 40lbs - all levels welcome!

Full Power

This circuit based class will have you moving from station to station hitting all the major muscle groups using a variety of dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and body weight.

Jumps

Jumps is an explosive, highly motivating class, specifically designed to challenge the whole body by building muscular strength and cardio-respiratory endurance simultaneously. Each movement is designed to focus on core stability, ensuring a balanced workout & tons of FUN!

Kettle & Pedal

This 45 minute class is split up to give you an intense spin workout and finishes off with some kettlebell strength training. It's the perfect class for someone  who likes to mix up their workout!

POUND

The class with the bright green drumsticks! Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to rockstars of all ages and abilities.

Spin Cycle

This class is a great cardiovascular workout on a Spin bike! Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises.

Spin & Sculpt

This 45 minute class is split up to give you an intense spin workout and finishes off with some ab burning core exercises. It's the perfect class for someone  who likes to mix up their workout!

Spin & Strength

This 45 minute class is divided in half to give you a burst of cardio and finishes off with some classic strength training. It's the perfect class for someone  who likes to mix up their workout!

WERQ

WERQ is a wildly addictive cardio dance class based on popular pop and hip hop music. The workout consist of non-stop, repetitive dance moves, designed to get people sweating! WERQ is a supportive space where you can come to feel challenged and inspired, meet new friends and sweat it all out on the dance floor. We guarantee you’ll leave feeling stronger from the inside-out.

Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is our gentle yoga practice for all levels and body types. In this class you will relax, breathe and stretch your body. The continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging you to let go of thought and focus on experience of the present moment. 

Zumba

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. All levels welcome!
