I fell in love with fitness a few years ago when I first connected with the spin bike. There's something about good music, some sweaty cardio, & community connection that just LIGHTS ME UP! That's how I want my clients to feel!
My goal is to help you re-discover your inner drive and re-connect with YOUR authentic self through mind & body fitness. Movement can obviously be beneficial for your physical health - but it also helps to relieve anxiety and depression! It was a total game-changer for me when I found movement that actually made me feel JOY! Exercise shouldn't be agony - it should energize you!
Outside of Allied Group Fitness, I'm an HR consultant, dog mom, Alma College Scot & Midland Business Alliance Ambassador! I love being involved in my community & also serve on the board of Family & Children's Services and am a member of the Noon Exchange Club.
Live music is the best, I'm energized by having impromptu dance parties, & on the weekends you can find me drinking craft beer & exploring other local businesses in Midland.
