This class is a great cardiovascular workout on a Spin bike! Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises.
This class is designed to increase physical strength using compound exercises with dumbbells and body weight to target all major muscle groups!
WERQ is a wildly addictive cardio dance class based on popular pop and hip hop music. The workout consist of non-stop, repetitive dance moves, designed to get people sweating! WERQ is a supportive space where you can come to feel challenged and inspired, meet new friends and sweat it all out on the dance floor. We guarantee you’ll leave feeling stronger from the inside-out.
Yoga Flow is our gentle yoga practice for all levels and body types. In this class you will relax, breathe and stretch your body. The continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging you to let go of thought and focus on experience of the present moment.
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. All levels welcome!
This class is Perfect For Those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using light weights helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
